Employee benefits

Attracting and retaining the talent your business needs is a relentless effort.

One of the key benefits most employers provide employees with is a pension. Yet the merits of these are often poorly understood and under valued.

We can help employers clearly communicate the existing and available benefits to their employees through group presentations and individual consultations.

The most important function of having a pension is to improve the financial lives of your employees; the earlier people understand the point of pensions, the better off they will be when they reach the end of their working life.

As a happy by-product, pensions also increase employee satisfaction and retention. Or, at least, they should. Providing support to your employees in understanding the benefits you are providing for them ensures you are recognised for it. This will also discharge your responsibility of care in the provision of financial products to workers in a highly regulated, complex and dynamic area.

Employee benefit services

We provide two main services - presentations and consultations.

Presentations are one-to-many talks with question and answer sessions. They exist to provide employees with high quality information about your specific scheme, as well as the general pension and taxation landscape. These are often most impactful for younger or more junior employees who will have given little thought to their non-salary benefits.

Consultations are one-to-one sessions. We typically provide a full day of appointment slots, based in your offices, for your employees to book. Lasting between 30 minutes and one hour, your employees can discuss with a Chartered Financial Planner anything they might find useful. These sessions are usually most valued by older and more senior members of staff who may have more complex financial affairs.
